Pandemic H1N1 2009 is The Worst Global Crisis -- How Would You Prepare For It?

On June 11, WHO decided to raise the level of influenza pandemic alert from phase 5 to phase 6, the highest level, saying the H1N1 virus has spread to enough countries to be considered a global pandemic. This is the first global flu pandemic in 41 years.

Ever since the first case was confirmed in Hong Kong on May 1, , the government has raised the pandemic response level to "emergency" - the top level. On June 11, the Hong Kong government announced that a cluster of local human swine flu cases (without a link to someone who had traveled overseas) has already appeared.

Our Company already has a pandemic contingency plan in place, and will be able to continue to operate and serve customers during the pandemic. Announcements will be made on this website.

Dr. Ng spoke in a Special Seminar "The Major War against Viruses -- Swine Flu" on Wednesday, April 29, 2009, and answered many questions from the audience. The number of people in the audience has broken all previous records for Wednesday night seminars!
